Margin Trading Facility (MTF) lets you take larger positions in NSE-approved stocks without deploying full capital upfront. Interest is charged monthly, not daily, starting from 12% p.a.
*On Trade Plus Plan. Terms & conditions apply.
Margin Trading Facility (MTF) is a SEBI-regulated facility that enables investors to buy eligible NSE-listed stocks by paying only a portion of the total transaction value, while the broker funds the remaining amount. The lowest MTF interest rate of 12% p.a. is available under the Trade Plus Plan at Rs 2,500 + taxes, with interest charged monthly. MTF is also available under other Chola Securities pricing plans, with interest rates ranging up to 14% p.a. Investors can trade from a universe of NSE-approved stocks.

Leverage works both ways. Read these key points so you can use MTF responsibly and protect your capital.
Losses can increase significantly just as gains can. Even a small adverse price movement may result in a substantial loss relative to your initial investment.
If the market moves against your position, you may need to add funds to maintain it, or the broker may liquidate your assets.
Leverage increases portfolio risk and requires careful monitoring and disciplined risk management.
