Initial public offer of up to 101,815,859 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of LG Electronics India Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 1140 per equity share (Including a Premium of Rs. 1130 per Equity Share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 11607.01 crores through an offer for sale ("The Offer") of up to 101,815,859 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating up to Rs. 11607.01 crores by LG Electronics Inc. ("Selling Shareholder") (The "Offer for Sale" and such equity shares, the "Offered Shares"). The offer shall constitute 15.00% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
