Initial public offering of up to 58,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Arunaya Organics Limited ("Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] crores by Shivali Agrawal ("Promoter Selling Shareholder"), (the "Offered Shares") (the "Offer for Sale" and together with the fresh issue, the "Offer") of which 2,96,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. The offer and the net offer will constitute 33.41% and 31.72% respectively of the fully-diluted post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The floor price is 5.5 times of the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 5.8 times of the face value of the equity shares.
