Welspun Corp's associate WSPL begins GGBS manufacturing with Rs 100,000 initial capital
Welspun Corp Limited announced that its associate company, Welspun Slagexcel Private Limited (“WSPL”), has been incorporated on August 31, 2026, by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, with Slagexcel Private Limited as the holding company; WSPL will manufacture Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) through Slag Granulation Process and has an initial paid-up share capital of Rs 1,00,000, with Welspun Corp Limited subscribing to 2,600 equity shares, representing 26% of the paid-up capital.
