Vikran Engineering secures Rs 2,941 crore loan from IREDA for Maharashtra solar project

Vikran Engineering’s board approved a Rs 2,941 crore corporate guarantee for its subsidiary

Vikran Engineering Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its board approved the issuance of a corporate guarantee aggregating up to Rs 2,941,19,00,000 to its wholly-owned subsidiary to facilitate credit facilities for business operations and solar projects, and also approved an additional promoter contribution of up to Rs 200 crore to the subsidiary to meet project financing requirements.
