CRISIL upgraded UPL Limited’s long-term bank facilities outlook to ‘Stable’ and reaffirmed ratings
UPL Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited (“CRISIL”) has revised the outlook on UPL Limited’s long-term bank facilities from ‘Negative’ to ‘Stable’ and reaffirmed the rating at ‘CRISIL AA+’; CRISIL has also reaffirmed its ‘CRISIL A1+’ rating on the Company’s short-term bank facilities and commercial paper programme, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals reported by the rating agency.
