Siemens Limited secures NCLT approval for merger with Rail Automation subsidiary
Siemens Limited announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, issued an order dated September 7, 2026, dispensing with the requirement of convening and holding meetings of the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of Siemens Limited and Siemens Rail Automation Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, in relation to the Scheme of Amalgamation between the two companies.
