One 97 Communications Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 4,48,629 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each to eligible employees through the exercise of vested options under the One 97 Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019, increasing the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 64,06,84,481 consisting of 64,06,84,481 equity shares to Rs 64,11,33,110 consisting of 64,11,33,110 equity shares.
