Initial public offering of up to 46,296,296 equity shares bearing face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Wework India Management Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs. [*] per equity share (the "Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. [*] crores through an offer for sale (the "Offer") of up to 35,402,790 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder aggregating to Rs. [*] crores and up to 10893,506 equity shares by the investor selling shareholder aggregating to Rs. [*] crores (Collectively, the "Selling Shareholders") (the "Offer for Sale" and such Equity Shares, the "Offered Shares").
