Initial public offering of up to 23,500,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.2 each ("Equity Shares") of Dev Accelerator Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*]# per equity share (including a share premium of Rs.[*] per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to [*] crores ( "issue") comprising a fresh issue of up to 23,500,000 equity shares by the company aggregating up to Rs.[*] crores ( "fresh issue"). This issue includes a reservation of up to 164,500 equity shares of face value of Rs.2 each aggregating to Rs. [*] crores (constituting [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by eligible employees (the "employee reservation portion") and a reservation of up to 329,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.2 each, aggregating to Rs.[*] crores (constituting up to [*]% of the post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the company of the issue) for subscription by eligible shareholders ("shareholders' reservation portion").
