The offer shall constitute [*] % of the post-offer paid up equity share capital of the company. The offer includes a reservation of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs.2 each, aggregating up to Rs. 8.25 crores (constituting up to [*]% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital) for subscription by eligible employees ("Employee Reservation Portion"). The company, in consultation with the brlms may offer a discount of up to [*] of the offer price to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion ("Employee Discount"), subject to necessary approvals as may be required. The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". Price Band: Rs. 540 to Rs. 570 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price is 270 times of the face value and the cap price is 285 times of the face value. Bids can be made for the minimum of 26 equity shares and in multiples of 26 equity shares thereafter. A discount of Rs.50 per equity share is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.
