Initial public offering of up to 19,259,259 equity shares of face value of Re.1 each of the company ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs.675 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs.674 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs.1300.00 crores ("Offer").
