Vaswani Industries confirms full share capital dematerialized per SEBI regulations

Vaswani Industries Limited submitted a compliance certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that its entire share capital is held in dematerialised form and that no dematerialisation or rematerialisation requests were received or processed during the period, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018; the certificate was provided by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, acting as the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
