Alivus Life Sciences’ board approved allotment of shares to employees exercising stock options

Alivus Life Sciences Limited (formerly Glenmark Life Sciences Limited) announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 1,95,833 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to eligible employees who exercised stock options under the ‘Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2021’, increasing the company's paid-up share capital from 12,27,71,448 equity shares aggregating to Rs 24,55,42,896 to 12,29,67,281 equity shares aggregating to Rs 24,59,34,562.
