Tata Technologies confirms Honda vehicle program award was previously disclosed
Tata Technologies Limited clarified that a recent report in moneycontrol.com stating Honda outsourced a new vehicle programme to the company to cut costs does not trigger a separate disclosure requirement under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as the award of a vehicle development program from a Japanese OEM was previously disclosed in the company's Q4 FY26 earnings release in May 2026 and reiterated in its Q1 FY27 earnings release in July 2026, and the company is bound by confidentiality obligations with its customers.
